Family Rewards Family Rewards is a component of Tri-County Opportunities Council’s Family Development Program that helps families work towards their goals and becoming more self-sufficient. Families who participate in this program are rewarded for the steps they take to reach their goals.
While participating in this program, caseworkers help families set and accomplish goals to earn Reward’s money. Then, the family and caseworker work together to decide how to spend the money in the Reward’s account.
Families who meet the income guidelines, who are enrolled in the Family Development Program, and are actively working towards their goals, are able to participate. If you are interested, please contact Tri-County Opportunities Council at 1-800-323-5434 or 815/625-7830 ext. 28.

Activities Which Earn Rewards: · Counseling · Budgeting · Parenting · Community Service Work · GED Classes · ESL Classes · Secondary Education · Job Training · Obtaining Employment · Retaining Employment · *other activities as approved
Ways Rewards can be used: · Vehicle Repair · Vehicle Insurance · School Supplies · Registration Fees · Home Repair · Utility Bills · INS Fees · Counseling Fees · Outstanding Bills · * other items as approved
