General Outreach Services

 

General Outreach Services locates and identifies low-income families. Referrals are made to area and agency resources. Assistance in applying for agency programs and other social service program is also provided. This assistance includes applying for Food Stamps, Circuit Breaker, SafeLink telephones, and other programs.
