Emergency Heating Assistance

 

Emergency payments apply to eligible households that are involuntarily disconnected from their heating utilities or where the supplier refused to deliver fuel. The applicant must prove that they are low-income, responsible for the energy bill from the disconnected utility or the delivered fuel vender, and has made a good faith effort to maintain these energy services.
